Hello everyone, today you will join me in getting to know the Cricut Explore Air 2. I remember years ago I would stay up late watching informercials on TV one of the informercials I enjoyed seeing was about the Cricut machine. They showed how much fun stuff you could create with it from scrapbooking to decorating your classroom or home.
After seeing all the great things I could use the Cricut for I went and purchased my very first Cricut machine and it was the Cricut personal electronic cutter. I was so excited to use it that as soon as I got home I cracked open that box and began using it. Fast forward to today I want to introduce you to my new machine the Cricut Explore Air 2. This fabulous machine can cut over 100 different types of material and it cuts it 2x faster.
How gorgeous is the mint color.Look!!!! It has two holders where you can store the Cricut pens or the Cricut tools. It is such a convenient detail so you don’t loose your tools while crafting. These are the other items that come in the box with the machine; a standard grip cutting mat, the cords needed to power your machine, a black pen, and some card stock.Ok, so the machine comes with the basics to get started, but there are so many more accessories that you can purchase separately. I’ll introduce you to some of them, here the the basic tools that will help make crafting even easier. They also have these great pen sets, my favorite are the gold. Now onto vinyl, wow do they have an amazing vinyl selection. These are just some of the types of vinyl they offer, look at that amazing glitter iron on. Can you imagine the endless possibilities of t-shirt designs you can create. I actually plan on using some of these to create a personalized cup on a kids Easter table. They also have printable vinyl which just made things even better.Besides the stand 12×12 mat they also have a 12x 24 which is perfect when creating vinyl cutouts of quotes that you might want to put somewhere in your home.As you can see this this machine is just amazing and we haven’t even done anything with it yet. Later this week I will show you the easy steps to creating fun personalized items at your next Easter party.
