New Year’s Eve Tablescape

The new year is upon us and in the blink of an eye it will be 2018. I whipped up a New Year’s Eve tablescape to share some inspiration with you. For my table this year I wanted to add some beautiful pops of purple which just happens to be Pantone’s color of 2018, well they chose ultra violet but it’s similar.

Before kids on New Year’s Eve we use to go to our friends house and party until well past midnight. It is safe to say that things have changed since then haha now we stay home and celebrate with family. We bring in the new year with our kids and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Since the kids celebrate with us now I thought putting together a kids New Year’s Eve tablescape would be a fun way to include them into our celebration.Get the kids involved in your New Year's Eve celebration by setting up a kids new year's eve tablescape with fun party hats as a centerpiece Read More

Kids Gingerbread House Party

Christmas is one of my favorite holiday’s it is such a beautiful time of year and even though I live in Southern California I still get in the Christmas mood even if it is 70 degrees outside. One thing that helps me get in the mood is creating Christmas theme parties and crafts so I decided to do a 12 Days of Christmas series to share them with you all. I am kicking off the series with a gingerbread house party which is such a classic theme to throw during the holidays. I have always wanted to throw this kind of party for my boys and this was the year I got do it. Both boys had such a great time and I really enjoyed putting it all together for them.
