When I was a little girl I remember coming home from school, going to the kitchen and doing my homework on our dining table. While doing my homework my mom would prep dinner and as soon as I finished I would go and observe her making our dinner meal. My mom would make a lot of delicious food for us and I picked up some recipes while observing her that I now cook for my family. One of my go to meals is Chicken Taquitos, they are so easy and simple to make yet delicious. For the recipe that I am sharing today I decided to add a little bit of a twist to it by adding some delicious Kraft cheese.
I headed to my local Albertsons and bought a bag of shredded Kraft Cheese I chose the Mexican 4 cheese mix, I also picked up a box of Capri Suns for my sons to drink while eating their cheesy chicken taquitos.
When I went home I gathered up the rest of my ingredients and began cooking.
Ingredients: (Makes approximately 8 taquitos)
- 1 Cup of cooked shredded chicken
- 1 Cup of shredded cheese
- Corn tortillas
