Preparing for the holidays can be crazy and hectic but the end result is always amazing. The quality time with the ones you love makes it all worth while. But I don’t want you to stress these next 2 weeks leading up to Thanksgiving so I am here to help you cross off one thing from your to do list and that is the design of your kids dinner table.

Let’s jump right in with an easy centerpiece. I added caramel apples onto one of my white cake plates. If you do not want to add caramel apples to your centerpiece you can add the biscuits or even some candy.
Each place setting had a cute rectangle plate, wooden utensils, and a milk glass.
To add some Autumn flare on the milk glasses I added some jute twine and a foam glitter leaf.
The wooden utensils were tied together with some more jute twine.
And finally the cute coral and light orange plates added a soft pop of color to the neutral toned table.
All these little details can be done within these next few days and then the day before Thanksgiving you can just set up the table and that is one less thing to worry about.

We usually go out for dinner, so we don’t have to deal with the cleanup in my family. And we have decided not to go to my husband’s family’s large feast. So it will be very low key and low stress!

Love those plates! So fun! I admit I am a sucker for new plates, just bought a couple of fall plates to match the new placemats I got. Thankfully there is only two of us so I can change them out often 😉
