Hello everyone, more and more schools are not allowing kids to take candy to their Halloween class parties my children’s school included. Earlier I shared one option for class favors; these cups filled with Halloween goodies. Today I am sharing another favor that they can take to pass out to their friends at school a DIY spider pencil Halloween favor.
This is easily a 5 minute or less craft and you only need a couple of supplies. The supplies you will need for your Halloween favor are:
- Black pipe cleaners (12 inch)
- Pencils (Halloween theme optional)
- Wire cutters
- Goggly eyes
- Hot glue gun
For each pencil you will need 2 pipe cleaners and each one will be cut in half.
Next, grab all 4 pipe cleaners and place the pencil in the middle. Wrap one side of the legs and then the other side.
Bend the end of the pipe cleaners to form the spider legs.
The final step is to hot glue the eyes to the spider pipe cleaner.
There you have it the DIY spider pencil Halloween favor. They are so easy to create and add an adorable touch to the pencils. You can easily create them for the students in your child’s class over the weekend.
