Berry Yogurt Popsicles

Today I get to share a yummy treat! It was so appetizing that my sons couldn’t wait for me to take pictures of these berry yogurt popsicles. They kept asking over and over if I was done with my pictures so that they could eat one. I already know that they are going to be asking that I make these all Summer long. The great thing about these besides the deliciousness is that they are so easy to make and only require 4 ingredients (counting the different berries). Berry Yogurt Popsicles Every time that I would see these little popsicles molds when I would be at the store they always reminded me of my childhood. My mom use to often make us homemade popsicles of so many different flavors. I was always excited to see what kind she would make for us. She would never tell us the flavor so that we could try and guess it before removing the popsicle from the mold.

A couple of weeks ago I was at Ikea and when I saw these popsicle molds I just had to get them. Now I will get to make my sons many different flavors of popsicles. But the bonus for me is that I get to share them with you. Let’s start off with this berry yogurt popsicle, this recipe only requires 4 ingredients. How great is that?!

The ingredients you need for the berry yogurt popsicles are:

  • 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt (plain yogurt works too)
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries (diced)

Oh, and don’t forget the popsicle mold.Berry Yogurt PopsiclesThe first step is to pour the vanilla almond milk onto the vanilla greek yogurt. Then mix the two until there are no lumps. Berry Yogurt PopsiclesNext fill the mold with the berries. I only filled the molds about halfway.Berry Yogurt PopsiclesNow all you have to do is fill the mold with the yogurt and almond milk mixture. Once the molds are filled close them or add a popsicle stick (depends on your popsicle mold). You can now place them in the freezer. I left mine overnight but I think with 4 hours that they are in there they should be set.Berry Yogurt PopsiclesOnce we were ready to eat them I ran my mold under some warm water to help release the popsicles. Now all there was to do was enjoy the deliciousness.Berry Yogurt Popsicles

Super easy right? I hope you give these berry yogurt popsicles recipe a try or that it inspires you to make your own kind of popsicles.
