4th of July brings to mind yummy bbq’s, fireworks and all the smoke that comes with them lol, and the festive colors of our flag. Today I bring you a festive 4th of July tablescape that you can set up at your 4th of July celebration. It is full of red, white, blue, and pinwheels. Pinwheels are so easy to make and they add such a cute touch to the table, I added them wherever I saw fit. For my tablescape I used some free printables from Elva M Design Studio and they added the perfect American touch to tie everything together.
The place setting I created consisted of a festive paper plate that was topped with a utensil holder designed by Elva M Design Studio and you can find that here. Another printable of her’s that I used was the flags, I used those on the straws as well as putting them on toothpicks and placing them inside my popcorn boxes like shown below.
Besides using the printable flags to decorate my popcorn I also glued a pinwheel to the front of the popcorn box to decorate the plain blue box. I love how those two small details completely added some patriotic pizzaz to them.
Pinwheels were also used to create my 4th of July tablescape centerpiece. Making the pinwheels and placing them on the center of the table took less than 10 minutes.
For my pinwheels I used different types of scrapbook paper that coordinated well together. I also made them in different sizes to accommodate where I used them.
When crafting and getting this 4th of July tablescape ready I recorded some of the process so you can see how easy it really is to put everything together. Check out my video below
