Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer is such an adorable character and I love to incorporate him into my Christmas parties. This Rudolph place card was actually inspired by one of last years 12 Days of Christmas series posts. The Rudolph place card can be used to label your food, desserts, or to let your guests know where they will be sitting at the dinner table. Let’s jump right in and start gathering our supplies:
- Kraft Board (4×4 inches for each place card)
- Hot Glue Gun
- Red Button
- Black Marker
- Scraper
The first thing you have to do is take your 4×4 kraft board and fold it in half. Since the kraft board is a little thick I used the scraper to scrap down the folded part so that I would have a crisp fold.
Next you will need to take your black marker and draw on the face, you can even add lashes to the closed eyes if you would like. On one of my practice faces that I did I added lashes and it looked very cute. Once you draw on the face you will need to hot glue on the red button nose.
After you add the full face you can just write out either the food you are labeling or your guests name. Then place the cards where they belong and that is it.
I hope my Christmas crafts have inspired you to get creative this holiday season and to add your own special touches to your holiday gathering or to your home. Happy crafting!
