gamer easter tic-tac-toe game

My kids love playing the simple game of tic-tac-toe when we go out to dinner they always play on napkins or if the kids menu has one they do that activity first before any other activity. And when I make printable activity sheets they ask me to add a tic-tac-toe grid to the printable. Even though they love playing such a simple game like tic-tac-toe they also LOVE playing video games. So I thought a gamer Easter tic-tac-toe game would be perfect for my boys.

To create the game pieces I used my Cricut Maker. You can find the design HERE. After my machine cut out the game pieces I painted a couple of layers of acrylic paint on them.

*Game piece tips* I used Chipboard material, strong grip mat, as well as the knife blade + housing. You will need to move your rollers out of the way to the side and use masking tape to hold down the chipboard to the mat. Basswood would be another good option instead of using the chipboard (the chipboard can shred sometimes).
