How to Make a Pumpkin Place Card

Ok it’s November and if you are hosting Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving this year then it’s time to think about those tablescapes. Today I’m going to show you how to make a cute pumpkin place card.

The supplies I used are:

I started by using my Cricut Explore 3 to cut out my faux leather.

I went with a banner shape for my faux leather, it felt like a charming little detail.

Next I cut out the names that were to go on the place card. For this I used gold glitter iron-on vinyl.

I used my weeding tool to remove any iron-on vinyl that is not needed.

Next I used my Cricut EasyPress Mini to add the glitter iron-on vinyl to my faux leather. I set it to the low settings and ironed on for 30 seconds making sure I was constantly moving it around. If you are unsure of the setting you need the Cricut heat guide is a great help.

I love how the gold glitter pops off the black of the faux leather.

I then used my hot glue gun to adhere the faux leather to the burlap pumpkin.

That’s all there is to it, now I have these cute pumpkin place cards. They will look perfect at the Thanksgiving table.

If you make your own version of these pumpkin place cards I would love it if you tagged me on your social media post. Happy crafting!
